Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Hygiene Note: For the safety of all our furry customers, grooming tools (like shavers and brushes) that have been used on a pet cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations, unless they are defective.

Damages: If your item arrives damaged or the wrong product is sent, contact us immediately at

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
