• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Rates: * Standard US Shipping: 5-10 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

• Lost/Missing Packages: Pet Thesis is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly.
